Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and payment fees. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). It is your responsibility to pack the product you return so that it will not be damaged, the product must be as new when we receive it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Standard Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping for all our products to the fifty United States and its territories
Most orders placed by 1:00pm Central Time will ship the same day, and orders placed after this time will ship the following business day
Expedited Shipping
You may choose an expedited shipping option such as UPS Three Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.
If choosing an expedited shipping option, please note that the cutoff time for same-day shipping is 2:00pm Central Time. All orders placed after this time will ship the following business day
**We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays when the post office is closed**
International Shipping
International customers will be asked to choose from USPS Priority International, USPS Priority Express International, UPS Worldwide Saver, or UPS Worldwide Expedited
We require a physical address to ship internationally – P.O. Boxes will not be accepted. If a physical address is not listed, your order will be refunded
**USPS options may take multiple weeks to arrive at international destinations – for the fastest and most reliable delivery we recommend that you choose from the UPS options**
