      Brake Pedal

      Just got it and installation was simple. Delivery was fast.I road about 100 miles and think the pedal is a little big but I like the larger pedal when used to brake but when not braking it is kinda in the way.

      I often felt like I was searching for the brake pedal and boots make it hard to feel the small pedal. After slipping off the pedal a couple times I resolved to find a solution. The full size pedal feels much easier to locate quickly and since the bike only has one brake control that's very important. Good purchase!

      It is larger (wider) and is easier to find. But, it takes up over two-thirds of the floorboard width. This makes it in the way to have any comfortable position for your foot. I found it so interfering with where I could put my foot that I removed it. I solved my foot-brake problem with installation of CanAm's comfort seat that moves you back 2" from the normal seating position. MUCH more expensive solution but, for me, braking quickly and instinctively is very important. Maybe with smaller feet (mine are size 12) this peddle is fine. For big feet it is very annoying.

      I always thought the stock pedal was too short. Glad I found these guys. Shipping was fast. Install was a joke. Took longer to open the box. New pedal is much safer and much more comfortable. It does take up a bit more floorboard space but after a few rides I don't even notice the difference. Must have!

      I use my foot pegs a lot and moving back to the brake pedal is somewhat cumbersome. The larger brake pedal has eliminated this issue.

      I had this on my last spyder liked it so much I put one on my new bike a better fit under foot

      Great product, overall. Fit and finish are excellent. Installation is very simple. Improves the feel of the brake with either street shoes or touring boots.
